This is where I will post my art that I make with a brief description about it.
Oklahoma!
The design process: 1. Planing 2. Draw the stuff (field, silhouette, clouds) 3. Type information The strongest element of my poster was the silhouette of the people. I feel that I did a good job with my design. I think that if given more time I could have made a stronger composed poster. Cartoon Self Please tell me why you selected the cartoon style that you did? Do you feel successful with your end product? Do you feel the finished artwork represents you, why or why not? I picked Mike Wazowski because he is my favorite Disney character. I feel successful with my end product. I think the finished artwork represents me because of certain characteristics that I have like my blond hair. Also special things to represent me like my eyes, my retainer, and my baseball cap. |

Photo Unit Series
I picked these two photos cause they are my favorite ones I did. The first one I used boat and hand and the second one I used silhouette. In the first picture it is mostly focused on the cone and in second one it is mostly focused on the silhouette of the dino. The third one was by Michael Sutton and he use the technique choice. This one is very interesting to me because of the glow on the little pet. FONTBOT! I used a o for the head and the body, a L for the arms, and parenthesis for the hands. You will probably find these fontbots in the city protecting the people. The choice of color in the artwork makes me feel sad. Photo Montage I used 5 things my brother likes Olaf, Donald Duck, Creepers, Baseball, and Canes. I think space is the best element for this art because it is perspective. To make this art I used a Walcom Tablet to digitally draw and Photoshop CS6. In Photoshop CS6, I used layers to the do background, lines, touch-ups, and color. I decided to draw Olaf and snowflakes in background because my favorite movie is Frozen and I think Olaf is the best character in the movie. The 2 best Elements/Principles is color and pattern because there is a pattern of snowflakes in the background and the colors of his hair and his nose. |
